New petrochemical plant to End Iran's Import of Medical Grade PVC Granule
Iran’s Hegmataneh petrochemical complex, to be inaugurated by this coming fall, will obviate the country’s need for the import of medical grade PVC powder and granule.
The new petrochemical plant located in Hamedan province, will turn Iran into an exporter of the medical grade PVC resins and granules. In this petrochemical plant, medical grade resins are produced by suspension polymerization process, white powder and free-flowing resins, compounded with other additives by standard mixing techniques and suitable for medical purpose product use.
Production capacity of this plant is 43,000 tons in the year and applications of medical grade PVC is in production of Medical equipment including blood packs, Oxygen masks and food packing industries,…
